Bixel Exchange
Sean was the founder of the Bixel Exchange, a social enterprise hosted at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Bixel's goal was is to connect under-represented talent to opportunity. Sean created two programs: the Startup Launch tech incubator and the LA Tech Talent Pipeline. Startup Launch connects traditionally under-represented entrepreneurs to advisors who can support their growth. LA Tech Talent Pipeline works with low income Angelenos to develop pathways into high growth careers in tech, digital media and creative industries.
